Jaffa Precision Engineering, Inc. specializes in and offers a wide range of Swiss screw-machining and precision turning services.

We can machine metal, plastic, composite materials, create high complex parts, and offer custom finishes through our approved and trusted providers.

Machining

Swiss – Our Swiss Department contains 14 CNC Swiss Screw Machines with 7-9 axis that can produce parts up to 1.5” in diameter and hold tolerances up to .0002”. Perfect for close tolerances and complex parts, our machines can run different grades of metal and plastic. All our Swiss Machines also have secondary capabilities such as slotting, cross-drilling, cross-tapping, back drilling, etc. allowing us to produce your fine parts with more accuracy and less downtime, keeping production on track.

Lathe – Jaffa Precision has 4 CNC Lathe Machines with 2 axis that can produce parts up to 10” in diameter.

Milling – Our Mill Department is made up of 5 CNC Mill Machines with 3 to 4 axis being able to accommodate production for parts up to 18” x 32”. With dual tables, our mills can turn out parts at a faster rate than conventional machining.

Finishes

While we have approved providers for your finishing needs, we also offer small assembly on all your components in house. When a customer part or assembly leaves our shop for processing at another providers location, the rules remain the same – we deliver a level of quality in products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. Some outsourced services we manage include:
